Have you ever seen anyone go through the stages in the above picture? Its tough to watch loved ones fall into a lesser quality of life. De-Evolving is simply a catch phrase used to describe the degenerative changes accumulated from daily life and daily stress. The above poster depicts a perfect example of how this occurs. The whole point of this poster is that you don’t go from strong and healthy, to in a wheelchair in one day or one week. The process takes time, but because the process takes time, it give us a chance to stop the “de-evolving” process. Why do so many people end up in this position? Because they wait until its too late, they procrastinate, instead of being proactive. An example would be weight gain. It is easier to lose 10 lbs, than 100 lbs. So if you have weight gain, obviously the more proactive you are, the easier it is to fix. The longer you wait, the more health damage you accumulate, and the harder and more expensive it is to fix the problem. So, by being proactive, you save time, energy, and money. Then you just establish habits to keep you here. By procrastinating, you eventually will end up at the end of the “de-evolving” spectrum. The best time to take care of your health is always now, so make the decision and put yourself on the right track, and join the proactive health care revolution.
