  • The main goal here is you need to fix the problem leading to the numbness, and not just treat the symptoms.
  • If there are mechanical forces putting pressure on the nerve tissue, you need to address the area that has compression on that nerve. An example is that you may feel nerve pain or numbness in your hand, but the actual compression point may be in the neck.
  • There is research that certain B Vitamins (B6) can help nerves heal faster, but unless you take the pressure off the nerve, you can have symptoms.
